Salary is dependent upon how long you have skated with the company and how many and what parts you play in your production. New Skaters with Disney On Ice can expect their starting salary to be around $550 a week. That number goes up every year you work for the company and can vary depending if you go in for understudies or character work. Understudies are entitled to a bonus to their pay stub every time they go in for a show. Character performers are given a bonus to their normal salary every week they perform. Principal performers are paid well, sometimes  $1000+ a week for their effort and commitment.
